When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. Any additional information you add to your profile (username, age, bio, location, trips, interests, and social links) is stored voluntarily by you.
Your information is used solely to operate the Overseas Bros platform — to display your profile to other users and to enable the connect and messaging features. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth through Supabase Auth. We do not store your Google password.
We use cookies only to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Google Analytics may collect anonymised usage data to help us improve the site.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. This permanently removes your profile, messages, ratings, and login credentials.
